The Senior Mechanical Engineer will play a key leadership role within the department, overseeing the daily responsibilities of staff and providing guidance on both technical knowledge and career growth. You will lead projects by collaborating with clients, ensuring the highest technical standards, and effectively managing the project team and timeline to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering both technical and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License.
• REVIT experience
• At least 10 years of experience in an architectural/engineering environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to completion.
• Expertise in healthcare engineering, with knowledge of related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
