Senior Mechanical Engineer
$150,000 - $175,000 + annual discretionary bonus

Position Overview
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components for various projects. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all mechanical designs meet client specifications and adhere to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical design process from concept through to completion
- Develop and review engineering drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyses of mechanical systems
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality mechanical solutions
- Perform calculations to ensure systems meet performance requirements
- Prepare and present technical reports to stakeholders and clients
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering design
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience with LEED certification processes is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
