Job Summary

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for industrial-grade PLCs.
• Perform engineering calculations and simulations to ensure top-notch performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to deliver integrated system solutions.
• Lead and participate in design reviews, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Create and maintain all necessary technical documentation, including specs, test plans, and reports.
• Drive prototype development, testing, validation, and continuous improvements.
• Provide technical updates and propose optimized solutions to stakeholders and management.
• Support production ramp-up and offer training to plant personnel.
• Contribute actively to internal innovation and R&D efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of mechanical design experience, ideally in industrial automation or electronics.
• Strong background in plastic, metal stamping, and die-casting design.
• High proficiency in ProE (SolidWorks, Unigraphics, AutoCAD also valuable).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to justify design decisions using calculations, simulations, and testing data.
• Open, creative, and collaborative approach to problem-solving and innovation.
