About The Role
We are seeking a
Senior Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team in Vancouver. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position plays a central role in the development, execution, and success of Marcon’s real estate project marketing initiatives. You’ll be a key player in building strategies that not only elevate our brand but also deliver results that exceed industry benchmarks.
From overseeing campaign development and asset production to managing digital communications, partnerships, and event activations, this is a hands-on leadership role requiring creativity, organization, and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities
As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns for Marcon’s real estate projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategy & Planning: Lead the development, execution, and ongoing management of marketing strategies across multiple projects. Define clear goals, KPIs, budgets, and timelines to ensure campaigns are effective, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives. Proactively track performance, report on ROI, and adjust plans as needed to stay on budget and on schedule.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee all marketing initiatives from concept to launch - working closely with creative teams and vendors to deliver high-impact results. Establish clear objectives and KPIs for each campaign, track performance against targets, and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- Asset & Content Production: Manage the creation of marketing materials - including renderings, signage, print collateral, websites, video, and email communications, in close collaboration with the internal Brand Team and external creative vendors. Ensure deliverables align with project timelines, quality standards, and the Marcon aesthetic
- Digital, Media & Communications: Manage customer outreach through CRM, including campaign calendars, segmentation and content aligned to overall strategy, in collaboration with Sales. Oversee paid media partnerships and multi-language advertising to ensure timely, effective, and on-brand campaign delivery.
- Partnership Management: Manage relationships with internal and external partners including F&B, Sales, IPP, and vendors to drive awareness, traffic, and revenue. Collaborate on lead generation initiatives, loyalty programs, and experience standards while monitoring performance data and feedback to inform strategy and ensure accountability.
- Community Outreach: Identify and cultivate new community and brand partnerships to expand Marcon’s reach and audience. Build relationships with local organizations, retail, and hospitality vendors to support long-term initiatives, while representing the brand at events and ensuring alignment between outreach efforts and broader sponsorship strategies.
- Events & Activations: Oversee the planning and execution of project launches, hospitality activations, and corporate events, including calendar strategy and budgeting. Support partner-led initiatives to ensure strong Marcon brand representation and assist on-site at key events to maximize impact and engagement.
- Reporting & Insights: Track and measure campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations to leadership. Monitor partner and team progress through ongoing reporting, maintain feedback loops with vendors, and analyze market conditions to inform innovative, audience-focused marketing strategies.
- Project Management & Administration : Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timelines, deliverables, and expectations are aligned across projects. Support day-to-day project management needs and actively contribute to department-wide brainstorming and idea generation.
About You
- You have 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role, ideally in real estate, with bonus points for background in brand, hospitality, or retail
- You hold a post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle for local site visits
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments—balancing priorities, solving problems, and adapting to change with ease
- You're a strong communicator who collaborates well with both internal teams and external partners
- You can turn big-picture goals into clear, actionable strategies that drive results
- You bring a keen eye for design and brand alignment, plus solid digital skills—including CRM platforms, Google tools (Analytics, Ads, SEO), Microsoft Office, and basic Adobe Creative Suite
- You're proactive, deadline-driven, and operate with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Multilingual skills (Mandarin or Cantonese) are a valuable asset
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle, to facilitate visits to and from Marcon’s different sites across the Lower Mainland as needed

Our competitive compensation package has been designed to reward our employees’ skills, competencies and performance that align with our culture. The compensation range for this role is $60,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on candidate experience and qualifications. Coupled with this base salary, we offer pay for performance bonus programs, excellent family health benefits, RSP matching, employee recognition programs and plenty of opportunity to socialize, have fun and build genuine relationships.
