Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive
Location: Reading, UK (Hybrid, Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00)
Salary: £30,000–£34,000 per annum, plus discretionary bonus

They have trained over 300,000 learners across 520+ multinational companies. As they continue to expand, they need a commercially minded marketing professional to drive lead generation, ABM, and engagement strategies.
The Role
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of B2B demand generation and lead nurturing strategies to attract and convert high-value prospects. Working closely with sales, content, and product teams, you will develop data-driven marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth. You will also play a key role in marketing automation, CRM optimisation, and performance analytics.
