Mission
DoorLoop is hiring a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our growing Analytics group. We aim for a passionate individual who can influence both strategy and decision-making through data analysis and the creation of new analytical tools to facilitate self-serve analytics by our customers (leaders and employees at DoorLoop).
Responsibilities
Range from measurement strategy & KPIs, building the data structure, creating actionable product insights, and identifying new opportunities for the growth of our Marketing.
Collaborate with employees across the company, at all levels of seniority (individual contributors to senior leadership), and across departments.
Create cutting-edge measurement strategy and north-star KPIs for marketing, client-facing teams, and products.
Creating hypotheses, designing and executing A/B tests, and analyzing results to measure the impact of changes on our marketing campaigns and product features.
Leveraging data to inform key business decisions and create effective processes and tools for data consumption, monitoring, and reporting within the marketing department.
Communicate business insights to senior management and be a trusted partner to ensure program success and data-driven decisions.
Applying your expertise in analysis, data visualization, and data mining to tell the story behind the numbers and derive actionable insights for management.
Requirements
Proficient level of SQL - MUST
4+ years of experience as Business/ Marketing Analyst
Experience working with BI/Analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, etc)
A deep understanding of marketing principles and metrics.
You have a passion for making a clear user behavior funnel , using any available tools and paths in product development
Experience in creating data pipelines, KPIs, reporting, and data models and a holistic understanding of measurement and influencing decisions through data
Ability to tell the story and present the results in a clear and interesting way
Great communicator with a strong ability to build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
Experience executing multiple concurrent projects
