About the Role:
As a Senior Market Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategic go-to-market plans for Cell & Gene Therapy products. You will work closely with key opinion leaders (KOLs), customers, and internal teams to shape business strategy, drive adoption, and support new product development.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop & execute market strategy for Cell & Gene Therapy
✅ Engage with KOLs & scientific leaders to gather customer insights
✅ Lead commercialization efforts, identifying market opportunities & trends
✅ Work cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and marketing teams
✅ Define go-to-market messaging, sales enablement tools & training
✅ Support strategic partnerships & business development efforts
✅ Represent the company at trade shows, conferences & technical meetings
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 BA/BS required; MS or Ph.D. preferred
🔹 8+ years in sales, marketing, or market strategy in life sciences
🔹 Strong knowledge of Cell & Gene Therapy markets & applications
🔹 Proven success in customer engagement & business development
🔹 Excellent communication & leadership skills
🔹 Experience developing & executing market research & strategy plans
