we are looking for Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager - PED (Production Engineering/Process Engineering) for our assembly process.

Job Role:

▶Knowledge and familiar with APQP/PPAP requirements

▶Having knowledge in PFD,PFMEA,Control Plan and Work Standard

▶SOP preparation for new process and upgradation of existing processes

▶Knowledge of SPC and process capability studies

▶Upgrade systems and processes with new technology

▶Knowledge of MRO ,Expence and Capex (Tools, Jigs, fixtures) & Modern machine techniques.

▶Excellent skills in reading of engineering drawing & interpretation skill.

▶Strong Computer skill, knowledge of CAD/CAM,GERP system.

▶Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality

▶Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently

▶Educate employees on proper methods in which to operate machinery

▶Diagnose origin of breakdowns, including human error, and troubleshoot problems

▶Communicate with vendors to obtain materials and/or equipment needed

▶Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions in shop floor

▶Ensuring the product specifications, production processes and quality of the product
