Senior Manufacturing / Process Engineer (90-130K+)

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Manufacturing / Process Engineer to join a thriving CNY Manufacturer.

In this position you will serve as a key technical lead, focused on the management of two major automation equipment cells.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize automation equipment cells.
• Drive daily operational improvements on the manufacturing floor.
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and proactive equipment maintenance.
• Lead production flow enhancements, quality checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Solve technical problems creatively and independently.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors in Engineering preferred.
• Senior-level experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic controls/PLC troubleshooting knowledge.
• Comfortable working fully on the manufacturing floor in a hands-on capacity.
• Experience supporting new manufacturing cells and driving performance.
