Lead engineering projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, offering guidance and expertise on complex engineering challenges.
Collaborate with production, and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
Conduct detailed analysis and testing of new and existing products, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines during engineering activities & responsible for quality of products at all stages and drive production yield.
Manage and track project progress, including resource allocation, risk assessments, and performance metrics.
Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues, offering effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Identify opportunities for cost savings through process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement and competitiveness.
Responsible for resolving discrepancies and technical issues related to product with customers
Prepare instructions/procedures for the assembly processes, ECN/ECR/BOM Creation & Update/Deviation, IOPQ are drafted & executed.
Equipment selection / reliable fixture designs and fabrications with engaging right suppliers for new projects and improvements and assist in other projects assign by the superior.
Perform internal quality system audit & responsible for all engineering related activities of the assembly line concerned.
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related field).
Key Experiences
Minimum of 5-7 years of engineering experience, with a strong background in manufacturing, process optimization, or product development.
Hands-on experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for designing components and systems is advantage.
Experience with process automation, control systems, or robotics is advantageous.
Experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing practical solutions.
Good knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485, IATF 16949, GDP & GMP.
