Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Position Summary: The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will design and develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to meet daily production schedules while enhancing productivity and product quality. This role involves managing projects that include new production equipment, process improvements, and cost reductions while supporting new product introductions. The ideal candidate must have expertise in process validation, or their resume will be rejected.

Essential Functions:

• Manage projects involving new production equipment, process improvements, and cost reductions.
• Provide technical mentorship to engineers and technicians.
• Conduct Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEAs) and Process Validations.
• Improve product quality, labor efficiency, and throughput using Lean manufacturing concepts.
• Coordinate the design, procurement, build, and debug of tooling, machinery, and test equipment.
• Work with Product Development to ensure designs are manufacturable.
• Be innovative, resourceful, and work with minimal direction.
• Exhibit excellent organization, problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Support all Divisional initiatives in alignment with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
