Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime? If so, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Integration Services who will be responsible for leading the strategy, design, and implementation of integration services across the organization. This role ensures seamless connectivity between applications, data, and business processes while driving innovative digital transformation initiatives. This pivotal role will improve efficiency and customer experience for all users within our network of technology platforms and applications.

Key Accountabilities:

• Act as a hands-on technical lead, designing and developing integration solutions between various enterprise systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams and contractors.
• Contirbute to enterprise initiatives such as abstracting ERP, PIM, CRM and other source system data via integration platforms, primarily Mulesoft
• Lead microservices implementation to connect external-facing properties securely with Berlin data via Azure APIM & Azure Functions, Service Bus.
• Catalog and manage integration portfolio to document systems, API’s, and workflows associated with various integrations, both new and legacy.
• Build foundational integration processes and frameworks for seamless connectivity between platforms, applications, and data systems.
• Collaborate with hybrid and remote teams to analyze integration requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs.
• Manage 3rd party staffing agency relationships, MSA’s & SOW’s. Get the most from our onshore and offshore contractor resources,
• Design and implement APIs, middleware, and other integration tools to enable efficient communication across digital platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and support.
• Establish data monitoring, security and governance protocols in close collaboration with information security team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges while minimizing system downtime. Establish SLA’s for critical processes.
• Lay the groundwork for scaling the team by creating architectural standards, automation, documentation, and processes.
• Continuously evaluate emerging integration technologies and contribute innovative ideas to the organization.
• Model the Berlin Values and serve as a champion for The Berlin Culture as defined in the employer and employee portions of the T-Chart.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.
• 8+ years’ experience in integration services, middleware, and API management required.
• Proficiency with Mulesoft, Azure APIM, and SQL Integration Services.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and microservices architecture.
• Experience managing remote technical teams, both onshore and offshore.
• Ability to lead complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

CA, IL, NY Pay range: $170,000 USD - $185,000 USD
