Business line and internal partner relationships: Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders to align talent acquisition strategies with business goals.
Talent Attraction strategy: Crafting and executing a compelling Talent Attraction strategy for respective business lines, encompassing both internal and external talent pools.

What you'll do...Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition may perform executive-level sourcing and research through full lifecycle research and sourcing strategies. This position ensures exceptional delivery to candidates, hiring leaders, and executive search leads. It partners with Executive Recruiters on projects and searches, developing sourcing strategies, crafting target lists of companies and prospects, contacting high-potential prospects, conducting candidate interviews, maintaining progress reports, and capturing market data to inform the passive talent market’s story. The role maps target organizations and builds organizational charts based on research and discussions. It cultivates relationships with high-potential talent and prospects for immediate and longer-term opportunities, with a key focus on diverse talent. Additionally, it develops robust communities of talent and candidate pipelines across diverse functional areas, networking within the industry to identify the right talent and companies for current and future needs. The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition may also recommend and drive process improvements impacting candidate identification and engagement, gathering data about competition and market conditions or trends that may impact talent acquisition. The position is responsible for the recruitment of external top talent, ensuring rigorous assessment of role capabilities and cultural fit. It develops, enables, coaches, and advises hiring managers to influence quality hiring decisions while reducing turnover and building future bench strength. By anticipating future talent needs, proactively mapping, networking, assessing, and building pipelines, the role ensures the optimization of talent processes. It also leads a high-performing team by hiring potential talent, analyzing skill gaps, addressing performance needs, and identifying developmental opportunities. The role drives strong results and metrics, balancing qualitative and quantitative outcomes.
