Job Position: Senior Manager - Supply Chain

Exp: 3-5 years

About the role:

You will be a part of the core supply chain team working closely with the supply chain head & have a direct working relationship with the entire top leadership team. You will be responsible for building a robust supply chain engine for the company - building fabric supply, work with garment manufacturing factories - both small & big, onboard new vendors & manage relationships with existing vendors and run a lean supply chain process. 

Depending on interest & alignment, the candidate can eventually either transition into other functions or take a leadership role within the supply chain.

What do we need? 

- B.Tech / MBA from a good college

- 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in a Supply chain and Operations role

- Expertise in supply chain operations, logistics, and procurement.

- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and supply chain analytics. (Preferable)

- Ruthless prioritization skills between immediate, medium- and long-term goals

- Ability to analyze data to identify points of failure or even success area
