Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager-Supply Chain Management Consulting Skills - Genpact LLC seeks Senior Manager-Supply Chain Management Consulting (multiple positions) in Richardson, TX to serve as a domain expert to lead full lifecycle consulting studies to identify, analyze, and prioritize client's supply chain issues. Assist in developing customized Supply Chain solutions in Supply Chain strategy and performance improvement. Areas include Network Strategy, Distribution Center Operations, Transportation, Procurement, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Deployment Planning, Allocation Planning, and other supply chain functions. Work to develop engagement project plans, conduct interviews, document findings, and support as-is and future state process mapping. Analyze data to identify root causes and develop solutions and business support for development in client presentations and engagement deliverables. Document gaps and challenges in end-to-end supply chain operations. Employ Lean manufacturing principles, tools, and techniques to identify process improvement opportunities. Employ industry best practices in supply chain and logistics operations. Implement process changes, including quick-hit and high-impact Kaizen methodologies. Analyze process data and validation metrics. Create business impact for optimization opportunities. Develop end-to-end timelines with critical paths. Develop optimum activity sequences, including responding to requests for proposal/information, development of Genpact Point of View on client challenges, development of solutions (process redesign, analytics, digital interventions) with commercials/pricing. Collaborate with the Genpact transitions functions to enable the set-up of client's supply chain operations at Genpact. Collaborate with Genpact Sales teams and Supply Chain Operations teams to take the Genpact solutions to market, support training of sales resources. Champion aggressively all the Supply Chain products and solutions with clients and internal stakeholders. Seek, consolidate, and share with the Supply Chain Product leaders and feedback from clients for Genpact products and services. Support Supply Chain leadership in practice development (thought leadership, tools, frameworks, templates, etc.). Assist Supply Chain practice leadership develop marketing collaterals such as thought leadership, blogs, solution frameworks, etc. to create differentiated offering. Contribute to practice thought leadership, body of knowledge, and service development. Participate in the development and cultivation of client. Education - Position requires a Master's degree in an Engineering (all), Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operation Management, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering (all), Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operation Management, or related field and 6 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's degree experience in the job offered or a related occupation is acceptable. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Position also requires 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management domain areas such as Operations, Strategy, Distribution, Transportation, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Integrated Business Planning, or CPFR. 2 years of experience in High Tech, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods industry. Position headquartered in Richardson, TX with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with approximately 18% of travel required.
