The responsibilities for the Sr Manager will include but will not be limited to:

• SEC compliance and risk management
• Internal control audits
• Financial reporting and analysis
• Prepare and report audit results
  
  

The ideal candidate for the Sr Manager should have experience that meets the following requirements:

• 8+ years experience in audit
• Experience in public accounting required, big 4 experience preferred
• Strong technical accounting experience
• Strong US GAAP and SEC regulation experience
