Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager – ERP Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of ERP implementation and transformation projects across the Asia region. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep ERP expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-country environments. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure alignment with business goals, and deliver high-impact results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end ERP project lifecycle from planning to post-implementation support across multiple countries in Asia.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure project alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Regional Oversight: Manage regional project teams, ensuring consistency in delivery, governance, and reporting across all markets.
  • Risk & Change Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all projects adhere to internal governance, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP system performance and user experience.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) across multiple countries.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, HR, and manufacturing.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Asia.
