Position: Senior Manager - Programs

Organisation: A leading education NGO

Experience: 8 - 15 years

Qualification: Masters degree

CTC: 15 - 18 LPA

Location: Delhi

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic and short-term project plans, utilizing tools for monitoring progress and managing escalations.
• Lead collaboration across teams to ensure sufficient backend support and internal alignment
• Analyze data to identify trends across multiple state programs
• Review expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets and implement an effective Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system
  
  

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience in program management, preferably with exposure to managing projects involving senior government functionaries.
• Proficient in data monitoring and analysis, with a strong ability to interpret and utilizedata to inform decision-making.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and executestrategic and short-term project plans.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, including the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
