Job Description:

As Senior Manager of Product Management, you’ll define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a targeted portfolio of products. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that align business objectives with customer needs and technical realities. Combining strategic leadership with hands‑on technical expertise, you’ll mentor and inspire teams, craft intuitive user experiences, and communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at every level.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Ability to define a product portfolio’s vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap
• Translate market insights and stakeholder priorities into concise product requirements, market requirements documents, and user stories
• Balance strategic trade-offs to maximize business value, speed to market, and technical scalability
  
  

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate closely with other departments to align priorities and coordinate launches
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and the end-to-end release process, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality output
• Serve as the product expert in executive forums, customer meetings, and internal trainings, crafting compelling messaging and demos
  
  

Technical Engagement & Enablement

• Partner with technical teams to refine user interfaces, workflows, and technical content; create clear visuals, diagrams, and prototypes to accelerate development
• Write and review technical support content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards and processes
• Quickly assimilate new technologies and frameworks to bridge gaps between business requirements and engineering implementation
  
  

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities, validate solutions, and prioritize features
• Facilitate alignment sessions, strategy workshops, and prioritization exercises to secure buy-in and drive consensus
• Continuously assess and communicate trade-offs between scope, schedule, and resources
  
  

Execution Excellence

• Lead multiple projects in parallel, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and the ability to pivot priorities as needed
• Apply critical thinking to evaluate information, anticipate risks, and make data-driven decisions
• Maintain rigorous attention to detail in documentation, metrics reporting, and QA validation
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Acumen & Education

• Solid understanding of software development principles, CI/CD pipelines, agile frameworks, and SDLC best practices
• Hands-on familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS fundamentals to effectively collaborate with more technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, Software Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• Experience producing or reviewing technical diagrams, wireframes, and interface mockups
  
  

Product Management Expertise

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
• Proven track record of defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and successfully launching complex features
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, actionable plans
  
  

Communication & Collaboration

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with an eye for precision and clarity
• Ability to craft persuasive presentations, whitepapers, and release notes
• Demonstrated skill in leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority
  
  

Leadership & Prioritization

• Skilled at managing competing priorities and driving high-impact deliverables under tight deadlines
• Experience mentoring and developing junior managers or cross-functional team members
• Passionate about fostering an inclusive, feedback-driven culture
