We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager to lead and drive scalable data and advanced analytical solutions that supports the merchant partnership ecosystem. The successful candidate will bring superior analytical skills, strategic mindset, strong executional expertise and high-level of commercial acumen.

What will you do?

  • Bring best practices and initiate new analytical solutions that generate data driven business impact through segmentation, modeling, AI based personalization
  • Foster a customer driven product centric approach in order to develop meaningful insights products for stakeholders and partners in a self-serve data ecosystem
  • Lead statistical testing and experimentation from design to implementation, including collaborating with stakeholders to interpret results, identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions
  • Stakeholder engagement and management including understand needs, build credibility with senior executives and influence data-driven decision making
  • Collaborate across functions to drive desired outcomes within a complex matrix organization

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics & insights, data science
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau
  • Solid knowledge of advanced analytics and the application of data science to solve business needs:
    • A background in execution of statistically driven business programs
    • Ability to work with business partners on needs and oversee the development and application of advanced analytics techniques, such as modeling and testing to drive business insights and recommendations.
  • Data as a product experience; ability to productize data insights and analytics to create self-serve insights platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Maturity to interact across multiple levels of stakeholders (including senior leaders) both internally and externally

Nice to have:

  • One or more of loyalty, agency or consulting background preferred
  • Experience with Cloud Data Platforms such as: Snowflake, Data Bricks, AWS
