The Senior Manager of Client Management – Care Management Product will lead client acquisition and retention strategy for Medicare specific products. Responsibilities include driving product growth by identifying potential clients for Medicare Stars solutions, managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, identifying areas for continuous improvement within the suite of solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive improvements. The role involves working closely with product leads and the Executive Director to achieve department goals and managing clients to drive business to a multi-channel offering. Required qualifications include eight or more years of work experience, five or more years in account management or client-facing roles, and three or more years of experience with Medicare Stars. Preferred qualifications include quality ratings experience with Medicare plans, ability to manage multiple client relationships, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and a Master's Degree is preferred.
