Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure & Security to lead and manage our organization’s IT operations. This role will oversee network management, desktop support, and network security, ensuring the integrity, reliability, and security of the entire IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong technical expertise and a proven track record in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Operations Management:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network, desktop, and security systems.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of IT infrastructure to support business operations.

Network & Security Leadership:

• Develop and enforce network security policies and best practices to safeguard company data.
• Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures, risk assessments, and compliance protocols.
• Lead incident response efforts and manage disaster recovery planning.

Team Leadership & Strategic Planning:

• Be committed to a program of continuous improvement and capability building – the bad guys never sleep, we must think like the bad guys are testing us right now!!
• Manage and mentor IT teams, providing technical guidance and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT strategies with business objectives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance IT performance and security.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning, budgeting, and security risk management.
• Proven experience in a Fashion Apparel, CPG, Luxury Brand Goods, or similar industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure
• Strong expertise in network management, desktop support, and cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM solutions, and cloud security.
• In-depth understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
• Proven project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
• Commitment to staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly in the use of Microsoft Azure and SaaS platforms.
• Experience coordinating and integrating shared services from a parent company.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure and experience and knowledge of other cloud service providers.
• Proficiency in network administration, including Cisco, Meraki, Juniper, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of storage solutions, including SAN/NAS systems.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance teams.

Preferred Certifications (Not Required, but a Plus):

• CISSP, CISM, CCNP, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent certifications.
