Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the data transformation program, aligning with organizational objectives.
• Manage cross-functional teams including data engineering, data governance, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, ensuring project milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical leads.
• Develop detailed project plans, risk registers, resource plans, and communication strategies.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party integrations as needed.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and KPIs, ensuring continuous reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and accountability within the project team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in data-related or enterprise IT projects.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale data transformation or digital modernization programs.
• Strong understanding of data platforms (e.g., data lakes, cloud data warehouses), ETL pipelines, and data governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional, and matrixed environments.
