Our client is a well-established property development and investment group with corporate environment and offices across APAC. They are now seeking a self-driven and motivated Senior Manager, Internal IT Audit to manage both information technology as well as operational audits across various businesses within the Group.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the annual audit plan, focusing on both operational and IT audits.
• Coordinate internal audit resources to ensure audits are completed on schedule and within budget, while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Deliver independent assessments of the effectiveness of risk management and internal control systems, including IT-related controls.
• Evaluate audit documentation and mentor team members to uphold the quality of audit engagements.
• Present findings and offer practical recommendations to management.
• Train and mentor audit staff to improve their expertise.
• Manage special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CPA, or CIA.
• 10+ years of experience in internal auditing or related roles within large organizations or audit firms, with strong expertise in information systems and operational auditing.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in IT audit.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing abilities.
• Strong business insight and the capacity to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is essential.
• A proactive team player who can also work independently under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to the Mainland as needed (approximately 40%).
