Designation: Internal Audit


Experience: 8-10 Years


Work Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Audit Planning and Execution:

· Assist in design and development of comprehensive audit programs to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, audit scope and ensure the annual plans.

· Determine comprehensive audit programs to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, audit scope and the annual plans.

2. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

· Ensure compliance with the Fintech industry regulations, applicable laws, regulations, internal and taxation policies, and other requirements.

· Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement.

· Monitor adherence to company policies, Regulatory guidelines etc.

4. Process Improvement:

· Recommend and implement process improvements in Retail operations, Inventory management, Supply chain, and Customer experience to optimize cost and improve efficiency.

5. Reporting and Communication:

· Assure the detailed audit reports consist of outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address identified issues promptly.

6. Risk Management:

· Identify operational and financial risks associated with the operations and develop strategies to mitigate these risks along with developing a robust risk management framework

· Steer the risk assessments and ensure the risk management plans to ensure the organization is well-prepared to handle potential challenges. Also spearheading the quarterly self certification engagement across he organization .

· Assist in conducting operational risk audits across the organization

7. IFC

Assist in annual IFC testing cycle across the organization and drafting the report on the same ( TOD & TOE)

8. Training and Development:

· Ensure the timely training sessions to Staff on internal control procedures, compliance requirements, and best practices in the Fintech industry.

· Lead the internal process of planning an effective and timely audit on all operational levels.

9. Ad-Hoc investigations

· Conducting ad hoc investigations basis senior managements/Board’s recommendation
