Job Summary You will lead the planning, delivering and continuous improvement of soft and essential skills development programs across DKSH. This global role combines hands-on facilitation of learning workshops with oversight of training operations, scheduling, and learning systems. As a core member of the Group L&D team, the role delivers high-impact training to diverse audiences, ensures learning plans are executed effectively, and manages two direct reports responsible for LMS operations and data management. The role works in close partnership with market L&D colleagues and HR Business Partners to ensure consistent delivery standards and strong learner engagement across regions.
General Responsibilities
Partner market HR and peer trainers to consolidate global learning needs for soft and essential skills on an annual basis to identify the annual key priorities and learning plan for Group-level Train-the-Trainer sessions and learning workshops
Collaborate with peer trainers to co-ordinate the Group-level soft and essential skills training calendar to ensure effective coverage, balanced delivery workloads, resource alignment and smooth operations, including the accurate capture and analysis of training data
Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to build capability and consistency among internal facilitators and Associate Trainers
Provide coaching, observation, and feedback to internal trainers to maintain delivery standards and learner engagement
Deliver soft and essential skills training directly to employees as needed, focusing on mid-level audiences across functions and geographies
Support continuous improvement of training content and delivery based on participant feedback and facilitator input, leveraging data-driven insights. Includes sourcing for content and/or external vendors as needed
Partner with local L&D teams and HR Business Partners to support the smooth rollout and localized implementation of Group training programs
Stay current with best practices in TTT delivery, facilitation, and behavioral skills development and serve as a subject matter expert in learning and development
Manage two direct reports responsible for SuccessFactors LMS administration, data reporting and analysis, and digital learning production support
Combine training expertise and the systems/data expertise of direct reports to create/maintain learning scorecards, databases and dashboards to track and demonstrate impact and progress of L&D programs
Training/workshop content creation in different formats (classroom and digital learning)
Delivery of in-person and virtual training content in a multi-national organization
Able to understand and sensitively manage cultural sensitivities especially in international/cross-cultural interactions
Technologically and digital savvy – Office 365, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, and comfortable using online software, for example Miro, Menti.com
Familiarity with e-learning authoring and production tools (e.g. Elucidat, Articulate, iSpring)
Familiar with Learning Management Systems; knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS is a plus
Project management & training operations, Analytical ability
Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; proficiency in other Asian languages is an advantage

Education
Bachelor’s degree or recognized certificates in HR, L&D, Psychology, Education, Business or a related field
