Summary

As Senior Manager of Global Communications, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive corporate communication, public relations, and content strategies to elevate Group’s brand presence and engagement on a global scale. This pivotal role involves partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to craft and tailor impactful messages that resonate across diverse markets. You will oversee media relations to secure positive coverage, proactively manage the Group’s reputation, and serve as a key spokesperson when needed. Additionally, you will shape thought leadership initiatives and alignment in tone and messaging, across all content formats and communication channels. By driving integrated campaigns and leveraging best practices in both internal and external communications, you will play a critical role in strengthening brand awareness, supporting business objectives, and fostering meaningful connections with audiences worldwide


Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across global communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external media to align with corporate goals.
  • Lead storytelling efforts for presentations and events, ensuring alignment with brand vision.
  • Oversee content creation and editing for campaigns and global initiatives.
  • Support content planning for new and existing properties in line with brand objectives.
  • Analyze PR performance and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Build a network of creative collaborators for content projects.
  • Coordinate global content calendar and distribution strategies.
  • Organize and manage public relations events to meet corporate objectives.
  • Assist with budget management and administrative tasks.
  • Provide training on media and communication best practices.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams on content initiatives to drive revenue.
  • Ensure communication integrity and support the update of guidelines.


Required Skills:


  • Expertise in media relations, crisis communications and thought leadership initiatives
  • Strong leadership, project and event management skills.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience in public relations, preferably in hospitality.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial and solution-focused mindset.
  • Experience with travel or hospitality brands and global creative networks.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in communications or public relations.
  • Proven track record in managing high-profile campaigns in hospitality or related fields.
