The Manager will be accountable for leading all aspects of vendors relationship to deliver reliable product supply at the most efficient cost while meeting or exceeding all customer service, compliance, and product(s) requirements. This role includes responsibilities for Intra Ocular Lenses, Cataract and Refractive product platforms including secondary packaging operations, leading end to end supply chain processes for accessories, consumables, disposable, electromechanical assembly finished good medical device products. Products in this portfolio include global, regional, and country specific vendors requiring strong collaboration with all functions that constitute the Supplier Relationship Team, end to end supply chain platform and product life-cycle management teams, and other functions as needed, per current operating system governance process. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for supplier/EM strategy development and execution of the strategic projects that enable reliable and robust supply while support organizational objectives. The anticipated base pay range for this position is : 120,000 to 180,000 Additional Description for Pay Transparency: The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
