Summary

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Manager, Digital Transformation to lead strategic initiatives aimed at driving digital innovation, operational excellence, and smart manufacturing within SPD Scientific Pte Ltd and all its entities. This role will champion the integration of digital technologies across the value chain to ensure regulatory compliance, improve productivity, and enhance operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement digital solutions.
  • Act as a change agent to foster a digital culture across the organization.


Digital Initiatives Implementation

  • Lead the implementation of digital technologies (IoT, AI/ML, automation, data analytics, etc.) to optimize operational processes.
  • Oversee the deployment & implementation of ERP Systems


Product Ownership

  • Act as the product owner for all digital platforms i.e. ERP, CRM etc.
  • Define the vision, strategy, and priorities for platform development and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure platforms meet business requirements and deliver value.


Data & Analytics

  • Implement advanced data analytics and visualization tools to support real-time decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory frameworks


Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure that digital solutions are validated and comply with applicable regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with QA/RA teams to align digital initiatives with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant compliance requirements.


Vendor & Project Management

  • Manage third-party technology vendors and consultants to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital transformation or IT leadership roles, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences manufacturing industry.
  • Possess team management experience in managing teams
  • Proven experience in implementing ERP Systems specifically SAP with BI/Tableau reporting and/or AI/ML, Data Analytics tools
  • Methodical project management skills , good interpersonal communication and inter-department collaboration (stakeholder engagement)
  • Certifications in Six Sigma, PMP, Agile/Scrum, or related areas are a plus.
