Elevate is recruiting a Senior Manager Data Science - AI/ML to work closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams. The person will lead the strategic development and execution of artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives. The role involves overseeing a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists to develop innovative solutions that drive business value and competitive advantage.

Specifically, the Senior Manager Data Science - AI/ML will

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers. Foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning. Manage team structure, recruitment, professional development, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive AI/ML strategy aligned with organizational goals. Advocate for AI/ML adoption across the organization and demonstrate business impact. Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in AI/ML.
• Plan and oversee the execution of AI/ML projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Establish best practices for AI/ML development, including model training, validation, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into business processes and products.
• Drive the development of advanced AI/ML models and algorithms. Oversee the creation of scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data analysis, model development, model validation, and model implementation. Lead research initiatives to explore new methodologies and technologies for AI/ML applications.
• Engage with senior management and stakeholders to identify AI/ML opportunities and report on project progress. Translate complex AI/ML concepts into understandable and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Act as a thought leader in AI/ML, representing the organization at conferences, forums, and other events.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum of 12 years' of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience in successfully leading AI/ML projects from conception to deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and architectures.
• Publications or contributions to AI/ML research or open-source projects.

Qualification
