Position Overview: The Senior Manager, Financial Systems and Consolidation will be responsible for overseeing the financial systems and consolidation processes within the organization. This role requires experience with S4 Hana Central Finance, Blackline, OneStream, and importing data from various enterprise reporting platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in effective close and consolidation processes, intercompany reconciliation and elimination, as well as knowledge of financial reporting, planning and forecasting. This role also manages 3 team members that support these systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: * Financial Systems Management: Oversee implementation, maintenance, and optimization of financial accounting and reporting systems including S4 Hana Central Finance, Blackline, and OneStream; * Data Integration: Manage the importing and integration of data from different enterprise reporting platforms to S4 Hana Central Finance to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting; * Financial Close: Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including oversight of closing tasks and reporting of KPI's regarding close performance; * Intercompany Reconciliation: Lead the intercompany reconciliation and elimination processes to ensure accurate consolidation of financial statements; * Financial Reporting: Ensure the integrity and consistency of data across various financial systems. Support the development of consolidated financial statements and management reports; * Financial Planning and Forecasting: Support the importing and consolidation of data related to the annual planning and forecasting processes; * Process Improvement: Drive ongoing improvements to close, reporting, planning and forecasting processes, with actionable insights and analysis. Develop and implement policies and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of process; * Collaboration: Work closely with international and domestic finance and accounting teams, as well as other functions, to drive improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives; * Compliance: Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards and regulations. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred; * 5 - 10 years of experience in financial systems management and consolidation; * Proven experience in S4 Hana Central Finance, Blackline, OneStream, or similar platforms; * Strong experience in importing data from various enterprise reporting platforms; * Demonstrated ability to lead intercompany reconciliation and elimination processes; * Financial reporting skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Effective communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: * Experience with ERP implementations and process improvements; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools; * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; * Strong leadership and team management skills.
