• Manage collections strategy and performance for unsecured loan portfolios.
• Build field and digital collections infrastructure.
• Track delinquency metrics and coordinate with recovery partners.
• Analyze repayment behavior and design pre-emptive actions.
• Requirements:
• Hands-on experience in collections (tele and field) for fintech/NBFCs.
• Strong data orientation and crisis handling skills.
