A boutique investment firm based in Detroit, MI has created a new role to develop and lead a team of talented individuals who provide 360 support to the firm's managing director, partners, and senior executives.

This team of six (6) will function as lifestyle advisors, arranging everything from travel, event planning, buying gifts, or sourcing a plumber.

You are a proven leader and team builder, resourceful, a global citizen, well-traveled, and have good taste. You are the person in your friend group who is the go-to for everything!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver bespoke concierge service for firm associates and their families
• Develop the team's skill set
• Establish best practices and high standards
• Enhance systems to track each request and ensure completion
• Curate and cultivate a list of preferred vendors
• Continually educate your team

Qualities

• Exceptional management skills
• Strong administrative skill set
• Concise communication style
• Highly discreet and professional
• Adaptable to last-minute requests and some after hours calls
• Bachelor's degree or higher strong preferred

Schedule And Work Environment

• Monday-Friday, business hours with some flexibility required for after-hours or weekend calls.

Compensation And Benefits

• We are prepared to pay between $170,000 to $190,000 commensurate with experience
• Annual discretionary bonus
• Excellent benefits package
