Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager / Senior Manager - Accounts, Taxation, Bookkeeping, and Compliance to join our growing finance team in Pune.

The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of post-qualification experience in handling end-to-end Accounting operations, Financial reporting, Audits, Taxation, and Regulatory compliance.


Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 10–12 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Audit, and Compliance.
  • Strong expertise in Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficient in financial systems and accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.).
  • Advanced MS Excel and financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure.


Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Financial Management

  • Lead end-to-end accounting functions including bookkeeping, general ledger, AR/AP management, reconciliations, and cash flow management.
  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (IGAAP/Ind AS).
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

  • Manage all direct and indirect tax compliances, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and Advance Tax.
  • Oversee preparation and filing of statutory returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, TDS returns, IT returns).
  • Ensure compliance with ROC filings, FEMA regulations, and other statutory requirements.

Audit Management

  • Liaise with statutory, internal, and tax auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
  • Prepare audit schedules, support audit activities, and drive timely closure of audit findings.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, external consultants, clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Advise management on tax planning, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and financial best practices.

Process Improvement & Team Leadership

  • Lead initiatives for process automation, standardization, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members; ensure knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
