As Senior Manager, Central Operations (Development) , you will be responsible to lead the assessment, evaluation and enhancement of the venues to better suit the growing demands of events and customers while developing, implementing and ensuring compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and a high-quality customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, design, and facilities management, to optimize venue performance and create standardized operational frameworks that streamline processes and promote best practices. Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
