Team Overview

This team drives the Analytics practice for one of Annalect’s most important clients. The Director will work cross-functionally with a highly engaged team of domain experts that deliver unique and innovative solutions and insights. Position Overview

As a Sr. Manager on Annalect’s Analytics team, you will be tasked with aiding in the transformation of vast data sets into compelling and actionable insights. You will also work closely with leadership to collaborate across teams/agencies and participate in cross-channel analyses. Through data-driven insights, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a client’s marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights by leveraging advanced analytics tactics conducted by central resources.
  • Generate and communicate clear, compelling data analysis with actionable insights; construct insightful narratives through sophisticated analytic techniques.
  • Support the organization in analytics capabilities, including data visualization; campaign dashboarding, reporting, and data services.
  • Assisting in the development of audience analytics, through audience & segmentation consistencies, research collaboration and insights extending performance reporting approach for audience insights
  • Help develop and understand complex cross-channel marketing measurement plans.
  • Evaluate effects on marketing optimizations across different and disparate marketing channels.
  • Communicate deep analytics insights in a client-friendly way.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a quantitative data driven field, marketing/media analytics, or other relevant field.
  • Strong excel skills (Leveraging features, Pivot Tables, Macros, and other advanced functions).
  • Hands-on experience and proficiency in SQL, R, and/or Python a bonus, but not a requirement.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must, especially client communication.
  • Ability to work well with others and work in cross functional teams.
  • Ability to move beyond descriptive analytics and employ more sophisticated techniques (prescriptive analytics and statistical methods).
  • Understanding and familiarity of the marketing and digital media landscape, including nuance within media platforms and technology, SEO, owned social, PR, events, direct marketing, and sales optimization and analytics.
  • Able to learn and work independently and autonomously, be self-driven, but always collaborating.

Preferred

  • Experience with data visualization platforms and BI tools such as Datorama, Tableau, Looker, or DataStudio
  • Understanding of marketing mix modeling/econometric analysis and/or other branches of market research (custom survey research, advertising testing or tracking, new product research, etc.)
  • Audience strategy and measurement
  • Prior agency experience
  • Experience delivering and operationalizing reporting solutions for clients.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range

$91,000—$130,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
