Summary

Job Description (Key Responsibilities):

  • Responsible for the implementation of the company's administrative affairs, the construction of the concept of internal service, and the improvement of employee satisfaction.
  • Set goals for the administrative department, implement administrative systems, and develop departmental budgets
  • Provided successful administrative support and office systems within a complex organization
  • Monitors and procures needed suppliers, vendors or agents for company inquiries.
  • Ensures a safe, secure and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health and security standards.
  • Manage yearly employee engagement activities to create engaged organization
  • Overseeing the recruitment, passport and permit renewal for foreign employees


Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and dedication, good organizational and coordination skills and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience in lead employee engagement initiatives across a department or organization (offsite planning, conference planning, company-wide events)
  • Focused on improving efficiency without sacrificing customer service and quality
  • Leadership skills that include employee motivation
  • Sense of humour and ability to gracefully handle stress
  • Has strong background in Excel
