Set goals for the administrative department, implement administrative systems, and develop departmental budgets
Provided successful administrative support and office systems within a complex organization
Monitors and procures needed suppliers, vendors or agents for company inquiries.
Ensures a safe, secure and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health and security standards.
Manage yearly employee engagement activities to create engaged organization
Overseeing the recruitment, passport and permit renewal for foreign employees
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong sense of responsibility and dedication, good organizational and coordination skills and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Experience in lead employee engagement initiatives across a department or organization (offsite planning, conference planning, company-wide events)
Focused on improving efficiency without sacrificing customer service and quality
Leadership skills that include employee motivation
Sense of humour and ability to gracefully handle stress
Has strong background in Excel
