Job: Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Generative AI)

Location: Munich/Hybrid

Salary: €95,000-€110,000

Interview process: 3 Stages, 1 x 30 minute initial call, 1 x take home GenAI task, 1 x Deep technical interview to present task and meet team.

We're excited to bring you this role for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer for a client of ours in Berlin. The team we're hiring for is a leading team in AI, specializing in GenAI and LLMs. They have a proven track record of success, having deployed Transformers-based models in production for over 5 years and launched a groundbreaking GenAI-powered chatbot in 2024.

They leverage a large dataset to drive innovation and continuously improve their solutions.

Tech Stack: Python, PyTorch, AWS, Docker, and cutting-edge foundation models like LLaMA, GPT, and BERT.

Your Tasks

• Develop and deploy cutting-edge GenAI solutions, including LLMs for various applications.
• Fine-tune and adapt existing LLMs to specific business needs.
• Research and implement novel LLM architectures and training techniques.
• Drive innovation across the product lifecycle, leveraging the power of GenAI.

Your Profile

• 4 + years of experience working with NLPs and GenAI, with hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, GPT, BERT).
• Expertise in Python, cloud (AWS), and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch).
• Proven ability to develop and deploy production-level LLM applications.
• Passion for developing and deploying impactful AI solutions.
• Strong German language skills
