We’re currently seeking a dedicated, full-time, second-shift senior machine bindery operator to join our detail oriented and quality focused team. This position will require you to work on a wide range of jobs and machines. Every day is different! If you like variety, this job is for you. Duties and Responsibilities: Operate cutters, saddle binder, folders, folder gluer, and other bindery equipment Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition Flexibility to work in other departments and on other tasks when needed Other duties may be assigned as needed Requirements: Looking for experienced individual with at least five years in the printing industry operating bindery equipment Excellent mechanical ability High School diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Ability to lift 50 lbs Ability to stand for 8+ hours Must possess a quality focused and customer first work ethic Past experience in working within a busy team environment, good interpersonal skills and demonstrated behavior of satisfying client needs Detail orientated Time Management Can work by self-direction Ability to learn new equipment Be able to do repetitive work Second shift position, four 10-hour days, 2:30pm – 12:30am, Monday through Thursday.
