Summary

Spring Health is looking for a solutions-focused Localization Manager to support our continued global expansion and strengthening of our existing offerings. This is a full time position that is fully remote. What you'll be doing: * Further craft & execute Spring Health's localization strategy focusing on quality, cost, and speed to market * Drive process creation across core cross functional teams (e.g. marketing, product, clinical, etc) to deliver world class localized products to support our members globally * Own playbooks & budgets across localization, and enablement of processes across the organization * Build & manage vendor relationships to continue to innovate and find efficiencies within processes * Coordinating the creation and maintenance of all linguistic assets (TMs, glossaries, style guides, reference materials) * Track timelines and projects, owning all escalations and risk management around localization What success looks like in this role: * Execute 100% of 2025 localization roadmap delivery & playbook * Reduce time and cost of localization of materials * Build & deliver 2026 localization strategy & roadmap * Reduce customer escalations related to localization What we expect from you: * Previous experience in Localization, or cross functional program management * Experience managing TMs, glossaries, and style guides across vendors * Strong interest in operational strategy & playbook creation, and automating and scaling processes * Experience in budget management and prioritization * Highly organized and detail oriented * Ability to work in a cross functional and fast paced environment The target base salary range for this position is $97,325 - $114,500, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
