Installation and configuration of web hosting control panels like Website Panel, SolidCP, MSP and Plesk. Installation and maintenance of virtual servers on hyper-v. Manage, coordinate and implement software upgrades, patches, fixes on servers Prioritizing and managing multiple open tickets at once Desired Candidate Profile Thorough knowledge of Linux Server Environment/Windows Server Environment Ability to troubleshoot web hosting and technical procedures as needed Excellent Communication Skills Willing to work in a 24x7 environment.
