We are looking for a highly seasoned QA Leader to spearhead quality initiatives across multi-platform applications including mobile, web, and API interfaces. You will play a pivotal role in designing robust test strategies and frameworks, leading a hybrid testing team across onshore and offshore locations, and delivering high-quality, scalable enterprise products. This role demands deep expertise in Java-based automation, manual testing, and test infrastructure setup, especially for large-scale, multi-use applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA efforts for large-scale projects from inception through release in an Agile environment.
• Build and maintain scalable test infrastructure across mobile, web, and backend platforms.
• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
• Oversee end-to-end testing including functional, regression, UI, API, database, and integration testing.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, TestNG) and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish automated regression test suites to cover key product functionality and minimize manual overhead.
• Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to drive a “Shift Left” quality mindset.
• Monitor and report on product quality metrics, test execution results, and defect trends.
• Support configuration management (SCM) tools for continuous build and test cycles.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to QA engineers, ensuring industry best practices.
• Engage directly with stakeholders, including customer demos, test sign-offs, and risk assessments.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of software QA experience, with at least 8+ years in Java-based automation.
• Deep expertise in manual and automated testing across complex applications.
• Experience leading QA on medium to large-scale software development projects.
• Proficiency with testing tools including Selenium, Appium, Postman, TestNG, SoapUI.
• Proven track record in building test infrastructure and regression suites.
• Hands-on experience with UI and API testing, database validation, and ETL testing.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools: JIRA, TestRail, QTest, HP ALM.
• Strong command of databases: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Proficient in Agile development methodologies and continuous integration environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Amazon devices or platforms (Pls. mention Amazon Alias if you have prior experience)
• Expertise in using Tableau and Informatica for test data analysis and visualization.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
