· Team Leadership and Management: Proven experience in leading and

managing software development teams (minimum 2 years required)

· Agile/Scrum Practices: Experience in applying and adapting Agile

methodologies (certification in Agile or Scrum preferred)

· Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex development

challenges through analytical thinking

· Collaboration: Clear and effective interaction with team members and

stakeholders (proven through multi-team project contributions)

· Decision-Making: Expertise in evaluating and implementing software

architecture solutions

· Planning & Strategy: Participation in cloud strategy and design discussions with

measurable outcomes

· Experienced with high availability systems and concurrency

Hard Skills:

· Cloud Strategy & Design Advanced experience in architecting and

implementing cloud solutions (minimum 3 years; certifications like AWS Certified

Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert or comparable)

· Solution Architecture: Proven expertise in designing scalable software

architectures (certificates like TOGAF or comparable)

· Proficient in Kubernetes, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, Git, and Liquibase

(minimum 3 years experience in Kotlin and Spring Boot)
