Summary

该职位来源于猎聘 As a Named Account Manager on our Enterprise Sales team, you will identify and engage with high-quality brands or manufactures based in China that are selling in overseas marketplaces, as well as organize meetings and pitch Pattern’s services. You'll be conducting sales activities in the US, APAC, and

EMEA as we accelerate towards our revenue objectives. This is a full-time role based in Shanghai, China.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of complex ERP, MRP, PLM, CRM, or consulting-type enterprise selling at the C-Suite
  • 5+ years of cross-boarder experience
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills
  • Ability to represent Pattern in a polished and professional manner to existing and potential clients
  • Strong work ethic and self-discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Previous exposure to Marketplaces, specifically (but not limited to) Amazon
  • International experience
  • Business development experience China’s overseas ecommerce ecosystem
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
