Any experience in image capture e.g. CMOS sensors will be an added advantage.
Candidate will be working closely with our CTO, an experienced engineer and entrepreneur that founded India’s first wearable tech company, creating award-winning products and recognised with the distinguished "Young Indian Entrepreneur of the Year" award.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop embedded software and hardware systems for imaging products with a focus on ultra-low power consumption and efficient wireless communication.
- Implement and optimise low-power wireless communication protocols such as BLE, sub-GHz and Wi-Fi for reliable and energy-efficient data transmission.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate CMOS andMEMS sensors, MCUs, and wireless modules into compact and power-efficient designs.
- Develop power management strategies including energy harvesting, battery management, and dynamic power scaling to maximize battery life.
- Conduct extensive testing and validation to ensure product reliability, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in all phases of product development, from initial concept and design to prototyping and testing.
- Prepare technical documentation including specifications, design rationales, and user guides.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in embedded systems, imaging, wireless communication, and low-power technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience (Junior Engineer) / 8-10 years of experience (Senior Engineer) in embedded systems design and development, with a focus on wireless communication and low-power management / battery optimization technologies.
