Job Description 

Kriyadocs designs, builds, hosts, and manages a complex web-based application built on a microservices architecture. Our codebase is primarily written in NodeJS and PHP. We are looking for a Senior Web Developer who is also capable of stepping into the role of a Backup Solution Architect when needed. 

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in fast-paced, startup-style environments, and should be comfortable managing both legacy systems and modern, future-facing codebases. The ability to context switches quickly and manage multiple services is critical. 

We follow a "production-first" development mindset: all applications must be built with clear structure, robust testing, and deployment readiness from day one. 

What you’ll do? 

• Work closely with the Director of Technology, the Head of IT and Head of Development, to understand and implement the applications features and objectives 
• Work with the Development team to implement best-practices in web-application development 
• Work with the Development team to implement best-practices in web-application deployment practices, both with and without containers (Docker and Kubernetes) 
• Be actively researching existing solutions in the market, to ensure The Company’s products are cutting edge and comparable to other solutions at all times 
• Be a proficient and cutting-edge frontend developer with curiosity about all the different available frameworks (Vue, React, Svelte, etc) so that The Company’s applications can take advantage of the best features of each solution 

Requirements 

Skills required   

• 4+ years as a production front-end developer using React and Vue (at least 1 year in each) 
• 2+ years as a senior developer and roles as a solution architect 
• 2+ years working experience in the following areas: 
• Deployment of web applications to AWS  
• ReactJS 
• VueJS 
• TypeScript 
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes 
• 2+ years working with any off-the-shelf CMS, such as PayloadCMS, Drupal, Laravel, Wagtail, etc. 
• Working experience in a fast-paced startup-style development environment 
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
