Job description:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar technical field.
• Strong programming skills in Advanced Java, Multithreading, Data Structures & Algorithms, Design Patterns, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS Frameworks.
• Good knowledge on DevSecOps practices, CI/CD tool usages, high level design, code reviews etc.
• Expert in API development. Implement applications with RDBMS databases. Microservices design an added advantage.
• Experience in working with build tools such as Ant, Maven, and Gradle as a part of product development.
• Good experience in product root cause analysis of customer reported issues and quickly come up with the short-term/long-term fix.
• Must have excellent communication with the customers.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS are added advantages.

Job Responsibilities:

• Technical leadership on Product Development and Engineering
• Hands on design, coding, code review
• Quality features delivery, bug fixes and make product scalable and easy to use
• Apply DevSecOps practices and CI/CD automations to deliver value to the customers frequently
• Be a Client Advocate for customers and communicate on upcoming features, issues etc. Work with Product Management on the roadmap priorities
• Managing customer escalations as L3/SME, thinking out of the box providing troubleshooting with quick turnaround on product fix packs.
• Prepare technical write-ups for the documentation team’s publications.
• Create product related VLOGs or BLOGs for the customers as and when features are released.
• Demo product features to customers, partners and pre-sales
• Work with global product teams
