Key Responsibilities

• Elaborate detailed technical designs and develop Java code according to enterprise standards.
• Perform unit testing and assist during implementation phases.
• Estimate development workloads and validate estimates provided by project managers.
• Prepare for production installations, including integration and assembly testing.
• Support test management in executing tests and fixing bugs.
• Conduct quality reviews of designs and code from external suppliers.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
• Engage with IT stakeholders for alignment and effective communication.
• Monitor and manage project dependencies to ensure timely completion.

Technical Skills

• Mastery of Java programming language and related technologies.
• Experience in delivery management and software architecture.
• DevOps expertise and cloud knowledge are preferable.
• Strong security acumen.

Language Proficiency

• Sound knowledge of English.
• Proficiency in at least one local language (French or Dutch).

Other Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum is preferable.
• Background in the banking or financial sector is mandatory.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
