Audio Factory Media GmbH is looking for an experienced Java Software Developer (m/f/d) for our brand sonicsense to start as soon as possible!

About Us

sonicsense is an innovative B2B audio system that has been developed since 2007 for professional background sound reinforcement in stores, shopping centers, fitness studios, restaurants and hotels. Since then, we have built up a stable customer base both nationally and internationally.

We are looking for a Senior Java Software Developer to join our team with solid experience. After a short training period, you will be responsible for the further development and optimization of our system. You will have the opportunity to introduce new technologies and play an active role in the future direction of the platform.

Your tasks

• Conception, development and optimization of our Java-based software solutions under Linux
• Architecture and code optimization for a scalable and high-performance platform
• Working with Jetty, Vaadin, Guice, NetBeans, Maven, Ant, JPA (EclipseLink) and Derby
• Further development and maintenance of our REST APIs
• Independent implementation of projects and close collaboration with the team
  
  

Your profile

• Several years of experience in Java development under Linux
• Sound knowledge of Java technologies (e.g. Jetty, Vaadin, Guice)
• Confident handling of databases and JPA (EclipseLink, Derby)
• Experience with build and deployment tools (Maven, Ant)
• Analytical, conceptual and independent way of working
• Fluent written and spoken German and technical English skills
