Job Description

Strong programmers are to be part of self-driven squads. As a Sr Engineer, you will be responsible to deliver a feature entrusted to you as part of the iRetail product. In the process of building features, you are expected to hone new skills and digital capabilities.

The Responsibilities:

• Envision, design, develop, test, code-review and deploy solutions in adherence to set timelines.
• Build expertise in 1 technology and a broad understanding of 3 new product areas.

Experience and Skills:

• 4-10 Years of Experience
• Experience in designing and developing Java technologies
• Exposure to microservices and API design
• Familiar with MERN, Kotlin/Flutter
• AWS-based solutions
• CI/CD based on Jenkins
• Automation service tests and unit tests
• Bias to automate all repeated efforts using scripts and tools
• Familiar with Agile methodology
• Ability to adapt and pick up new skills and technologies
• Keen to learn digital capabilities on different platforms, including but not limited to NLP, Conversation platforms, personalisation, social integration, data analytics etc.
• Preference for experience in retail/ecommerce/digital platforms.
